Thermocole (Expanded Polystyrene) packings are manufactured by using the most sophisticated machines in the industry. They are ideal for packing all types of electric and electronic instruments, sea foods, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, frozen foods, pressure jars, medical equipments etc. Being light in weight, these packagings help in reducing the freight cost.

We are providing packaging services for ESD (Electro Static Discharge) Foam materials for all type of industry needs. Packaging design is carefully catered and crafted as per the product design or what our clients need. Various types of ESD Materials are available with us.

Expanded Polyethylene is a flexible, light weight and closed cell structure. This contributes to its excellent cushioning characteristics. It is very stable, resists shattering and breakage. It also displays excellent recovery from shocks and strains. It is tough, odourless and does not encourage fungi and is water / chemical resistant.

XL-Sheet (Cross-linked Polyethylene sheet) is of closed cell structure. Its unique high denisty profile offers the multiple benefits of exceptional resilience, compression strength and impact resistance… besides excellent elasticity, elongation at break and tear resistance.

Depending on the type of polyol and isocyanate used the generated foam exhibits different properties. By careful selection of the polyol and isocyanate, foam with varying properties can be generated. It could be soft and flexible with totally open cells, which are used in the furniture industry to very hard dense wood like closed cell rigid foam.

Polypropylene also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging and labeling, textiles (e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes.
